The Site offers general lifestyle and organizational information. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. You decide how to use any information. Seek qualified professionals when your situation requires expertise.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

When you submit forms or email us, you agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. We may refuse or ignore messages that appear abusive, fraudulent, or automated in harmful ways.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from Site use.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of one hundred (100) euros or the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer or other law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghomryonzolvorx from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge those documents.
13. Advertising, landing pages, and platform policies
We may use online advertising (including Google Ads) to reach audiences in the Netherlands and the wider EEA. Our campaigns and this Site are intended to comply with applicable laws and platform rules: clear business identification, truthful descriptions of what we offer, and consistency between advertisements and landing pages (no “bait and switch”).

14. Suspension and termination

18. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts in Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory protections for consumers in the EU or UK where applicable.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with policies linked here, constitute the entire agreement regarding the public Site and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject.
