This Cookie Policy describes how Ghomryonzolvorx (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://ghomryonzolvorx.world (the “Site”). Similar technologies include HTML5 local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts that read or write identifiers on your device.

For how personal data linked to cookies is processed, see our Privacy Policy. For how we use online advertising in line with the EU/EEA and the Netherlands, see our Advertising disclosure.

Quick choice. You can accept all optional cookies, reject them, or open granular settings. Your choice is remembered in the browser using localStorage under the key tdde123_cookie_prefs so the banner does not interrupt every visit.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site. First-party cookies are set by our domain; third-party cookies are set by partners when their content loads on our pages. Cookies can be session-based (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (stored until they expire or you delete them).

We also use local storage for consent strings because they can hold structured data without sending it on every HTTP request, which supports performance and privacy-by-design.

2. How we obtain and refresh consent

Under the ePrivacy rules as implemented in the Netherlands, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent, but we still disclose them. Analytics and marketing cookies require consent before non-essential scripts run.

When you change preferences, we update the stored JSON object with timestamps so we can demonstrate compliance. If you clear browser data, the banner may reappear because we no longer see your prior decision.

3. Strictly necessary cookies and storage

These technologies are required to deliver the service you request. Examples include:

  • Security tokens that mitigate cross-site request forgery on forms.
  • Load-balancing identifiers that keep your session on a healthy server.
  • Consent state storage so we do not reload optional trackers after you reject them.

You cannot disable these from our banner without breaking core functionality, but your browser may still block cookies globally—doing so may prevent login-like features from working.

4. Analytics cookies (optional)

If you enable analytics, we or subprocessors may set cookies to collect pseudonymous data: approximate location, device category, landing page, scroll depth, and conversion funnels. We use this information to improve navigation, prioritize content updates, and measure performance budgets.

Analytics cookies are suppressed entirely when you reject non-essential cookies or disable analytics in settings.

5. Marketing cookies (optional)

Marketing cookies help attribute visits to campaigns, build remarketing audiences where permitted, and cap how often you see the same creative. They activate only after explicit opt-in for the marketing category.

When enabled, we may use tags associated with Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) for conversion measurement, remarketing lists, and campaign optimisation, consistent with Google’s policies and your consent. See Google’s Privacy & Terms at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage Google’s ads personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com.

We do not use marketing cookies to show health-related targeting categories on this Site.

6. Typical lifetimes

Category Typical max duration
Strictly necessary session Browser session
Strictly necessary persistent Up to 12 months
Analytics 2–24 months depending on vendor defaults
Marketing 1–24 months depending on campaign
Consent log (localStorage) Until you clear site data or we change keys

7. Third-party providers

Optional categories may involve subprocessors such as analytics suites or advertising networks (including Google when marketing cookies are accepted). Each provider sets its own cookie names and policies. We select vendors that offer GDPR-aligned terms and, where relevant, EU data residency or approved transfer tools.

For an up-to-date list of provider categories, email touch@ghomryonzolvorx.world. We may redact commercially sensitive contract details while still describing processing purposes and locations at a high level.

8. Managing cookies in your browser

Major browsers let you block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or browse in private modes. Manufacturer help centers describe the exact menus. Keep in mind that blocking all cookies may cause consent banners to reappear frequently or break embedded media.

Do Not Track. There is no uniform standard for DNT signals. We prioritize the explicit choices you make in our banner over generic browser flags.

9. Your rights

Where cookies process personal data, GDPR rights apply as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting settings or clearing cookies; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add providers, change categories, or respond to regulatory guidance. The version and date appear at the top. Material changes may trigger a renewed consent prompt where legally required.
